How can I change my delivery address?

You can change the shipping address if our warehouse has not yet prepared your order for shipping and the carrier has not yet received all of the information. Once the order of your status in our warehouse changes  this option will no longer be available. In this case, please contact the carrier as soon as you receive the tracking information for your order. However, please keep in mind we cannot guarantee a successful address change.

How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a direct link to your order’s tracking information.

If you have not received this email, you can also track your order through  You will also find the carrier’s contact information so you can contact them directly for more exact information.

Do you have a Physical store/ collection point?

We don't have a physical store, our store is an online store only. You can place your order directly from our website

How much does it cost to return a product/change size?

The customer must bear the costs for returning the goods except for cases where the product is damaged or faulty.

You have two options:

- Use our label system and bring the parcel to a post office. 9.99€ will be deducted from the refund.

- Send it by your own means with the carrier you want. The cost will depend on the transport company of your choice and will not be refundable.
